Failure in Reading Initial config

Hi i am using a Multi node cluster where Node-1 is Master and Node-2 is slave,
On reboot i am facing issue as below

cmlib_datafd_read:1063 Could not read configuration for sub-tree:
cmlib_timer_init:498 Failed to read initial config on DATA socket

This is happening for only one sub-tree and not to all other sub-tree. Both Master node and slave node are failing here, Any idea what could be the possible reason? and How to debug it ?

I am using confd-4.0.3 version.
